Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. ART is a vendor of the North Los Angeles Regional Center that provide adaptive skills training to individuals that are diagnosed with a developmental disability. Adaptive skills training includes self help, functional communication, safety awareness, and social/community integration. We have monthly play groups open to the community for children with developmental disabilities ages 5yr - 18yrs old. We strive to provide opportunities for socialization within the special needs community.
